Log Message:
Two changes:

o Moved the fixes for menu item size from b3 to b2 
o If the current menu item font is identical to the general font, then
  we use the menu font.  This is for "bare" QPopupMenus but allows custom
  menu fonts to still be used (unless the custom one is the same as the
  general one :-)
