Two changes:

1) We now use 'kwrite' as the instance name of the part instead of
   'kwritepart'
2) We no longer give an absolute path to the resource files as they are
   stored in the proper place and the XML UI framework can find the 
   files just fine on it's own

I am wondering why the part instance was named kwritepart in the first
place.  Why not just 'kwrite'?  I think that the only times that parts
should have different names then the "app" is if the part has config
or data files that conflict with the apps.

Basically, the instance name should correspond to the data directory
(share/apps/instance_name/)
