Log Message:
Let the thing be called SettingsChanged, and defined an enum for each
type of settings. Currently only SETTINGS_MOUSE is used, but feel free
to add support for SETTINGS_COMPLETION in both kcontrol and the relevant
classes. One day SETTINGS_PATHS will be supported too (needs a UI first).
