Log Message:
Tons of bug fixes and some major and minor new features.  KToolBar is
getting pretty sweet...

In no particular order:

o Added icon size menu to context menu
o Added knowledge of icon size to individual buttons
o Non-buttons (comboboxes, widgets, etc) are now centered vertically
o Non-buttons now have a fixed height no matter what (this may change
  a tad later)
o Made the context menu checkable with the correct check on the
  correct settings
o Disabled the impossible entry in the context menu when necessary
o Added 'setEnableContextMenu' function for those apps that want to
  flatten the toolbar but disallow the context menu
o Beefed up 'setIconText' and added 'setIconSize'
o insertWidget inserts a KToolBarItem::AnyWidget instead of Frame

Anyway, the location bar in konqueror now looks pretty good
