Yes. Just a merge of the current kioslave and the current klauncher 
basically. Instead of forking itself it would let kdeinit do the work. 
If kdeinit can't dlopen it would just exec the slave process. 

I haven't done it yet because it makes debugging harder. But since I 
will be busy moving to California by the end of the week I might do it 
tomorrow.
