Log Message:
Added dynamic loading of classes to ObjectManager. It uses lt_dlopen.

Added the ability to obtain initial references and security information
over the X11 server. This is implemented as dynamically loaded extension
(X11GlobalComm), so artsd & others still stay "pure" X11 independant
apps.
