Log Message:
removed all methods in KHTMLPart, which are setting properties one
can specify in a user style sheet.

So instead of using KHTMLPart::setUnderlineLinks(false), one can now just
give KHTMLPart a user style sheet, with the contents 
"a { text-decoration: none }"
This approach is cleaner and a lot more flexible than the old one.

A few more smaller cleanups.
