Fixed naming. "mode" is ambiguous, because it's permissions + filetype.
Removed all mentions of "mode" it was sometimes one, sometimes the other.

Starting debugging the copy stuff :-)
Stephan : I fixed listRecursive so that it doesn't return subdir/.
or subdir/.. (but still the toplevel ones). Or perhaps only listDir
should return . and .. (konqy needs them).
Any choice we make, should be documented.

Dirs are created, toplevel files are copied, but only them. Hmm :)
