Log Message:
o <UL TYPE="SQUARE"> now displays an empty square instead of a filled
  one.  This is actually specified in the HTML4 spec!
o The <OL> list numbers are no longer bold.  This is also talked about
  in the HTML4 spec -- formatting should be done in the style sheets.

Ported from new_rendering branch:
o Enabled TYPE attribute of <OL>.  TYPE=[a|A|i|I|1] now work
 
Also:
o Re-enabled <UL TYPE=[DISC|CIRCLE|SQUARE]>
o <UL TYPE="CIRCLE"> now displays an empty circle instead of a disc
o Added strcmp() function for DOMString
o Made sure scope of non DOMString strcmp was correct (::strcmp)
