Major fixes - added bool bFullDetails to ftpStat - see docu.
Speeds up listing a directory (since the parent directory isn't listed
anymore, in ftpStat).
For a file, ftpStat is very fast now (uses LIST <filename> - fixed last commit).
Small drawback : the FtpEntry contains the full path as the name, for a file...
But nobody uses e->name after ftpStat anyway.
