- put KParts into its own namespace (-> KParts::Part, KParts::MainWindow,
  etc.)
 (David said on kde-core-devel that he's fine with that, and I'm fine with
  it either :) . And I doubt Torben is against it ;-)
- made the xmlgui stuff easier to use by making the servants remove
  themselves from the xmlguifactory upon destruction
- fixes
