Added RMB menu to taskbar buttons.  The current entries are:

Maximize
Minimize
To Desktop -> 
Close

Close, Maximize, and Minimize don't work, however.  All three depend
on KWM commands which don't seem to be working right now.  The switch
to desktop menu does work.
