okay.. i added a REALLY ugly hack to use KIconLoaderButton with the
new 'icon' directories.  This only deals with 'app' icons, though, and
searches for all sizes.  A better choice would be to allow the user to
specify size and type in the constructor.  Maybe after KRASH...
