Log Message:
- some fixes for the xmlguifactory (and cleanups)
- added new cool stuff for plugin actions, making it possible to add
  plugin actions without modifying the part's .rc file. This is
  accomplished by merging the DOM tree of the part with the DOM tree of
  the plugins (each has its own xml doc)
  (this means that not only new plugin actions can be added but it is also
   possible to add completely new containers and fill them either with
   normal part actions (via the plugin xml) or with plugin actions)

(no, the notepadplugins don't work ;-), they just add dummy actions from
its part ;-)
