- Implemented inserting current pagenum into textobjects
  (the tag is \pn (or use the menu entry in the text menu for inserting that tag)
  Anyway, the thing is only a bad hack.... :-) - Needs some more testing, will do it later today
- Creating templates from other slides than the first one works now too
- Fixed focus problems in header/footer editor
