Log Message:
- merging GUIs seems to work now :-) *jump*
  (and it's even a little bit more flexible than before :-)
  bug: the statusbar stuff doesn't work, yet ( I know why, but I'm too
  tired)
- KShell is gone. instead kshell.* provides a KTMainWindowGUIServant,
  which also provides access to toplevel containers now, like the
  menubar/statusbar/toolbars
- tried implementing KPart::widget() , but canceled that again (commented
  out) , as there are some problems left -- and I was also too lazy to
  port KPartManager :)
