Log Message:

- start the partial table layouting rewrite
- new min/max code for colspan
- fixed cell miminum size calculations
- correctly inherit table halign
- quick parser fix for the meta tag problem

We are now doing quite well in mozilla table tests. Also complex sites like
www.cnn.com are getting much better.
