Log Message:
Modeless configuration dialog box. No more fixed sizes. The 
calculator number display changes size depending on the font. 
The exit shortcuts have been changed: Key_Q+ALT => Key_Q+CTRL and 
Key_X+ALT => Key_X+CTRL. General cleanup.

I have reverted (commented out) the minimum size geometry setting 
for the radio button boxes that Mosfet added recently. This does not 
work with Qt-1999-10-09, but can easily be changed again 
(in QtCalculator::updateGeometry())

The fontdlg* and configdlg* are no more needed but I have not 
removed them yet. If you think the new dialog box is OK, I will
remove them.
