Did I hear a request for features?

It would be really nifty if you could specify whether you want to start
loading images for your HTML page either:
* directly, usefull if you have a big-pipe to internet.
* after the page is complete, so that you can start reading as quick as
possible, the images will be downloaded afterwards.
* not at all.
