KoShell isn't ported for now. When it will be ported it should use the normal
Toolbar. We should use the same classes in all apps. IMO KoolBar was cool but
noone used it except KoShell. 

I spoke with Torben at KDE2 and he voted for removing too.

Only for you: I will port KoShell to use a normal Toolbar. Is this ok ?
Or should I re-add this class ?
