Log Message:
The things I did in the last weeks, basically a rewrite of khtml's
internals. A short list of what I did (longer explanation will follow
tomorrow, I'm too tired now...):

* DOM Level1 for html (still not complete, but most of the functions
  and all prototypes are there).
* The DOM elements have the ability to render themselves into the 
  body element (a QScrollView) --> no need for khtmlview anymore
* still rewriting the parser, to use the DTD
* added a small testprogram, since kbrowser doesn't link to khtml at
  the moment.
* khtml does now use exceptions and namespaces (because the DOM uses them)
* probably some more things I forgot...

Because many things still aren't working, I'm committing to a seperate 
branch.
