Log Message:
- khc services can now be activated through a Browser::Viewfactory or the \
                khcApplicationIf
- rewrote khcclient
- some work on khc_htmlview
- fixes
- for some reason khc segfaults when started through the client. I have no idea whts \
happening...have to debug this tonight. If you want to try khc start it from a \
console with "khelpcenter" the .desktop files start khcclient and segfault :-(
