- cleanup up some #include statements (faster compilation)
- remove some annoying debug ouput from KonqFrame and KonqChildView
- fixed ViewDocumentSource in KonqHTMLView by fixing a bug in
  KonqChildView::changeView
- history fix when using KonqTreeView
- the locationbarcombo gets now loaded/saved in session management and
  when normally launching/exitting Konqueror
- removed mousemode.h and moved the enum, together RowInfo into
  konq_defs.h . This looks cleaner and it also prevents konqchildview.h
  from #including konq_viewmgr.h (-> better dependencies)
