Log Message:
- After talking with Simon Hausmann on I decided to rewrite khc. Simon told me that \
some konqy views may require a valid parent part. khc up to now was directly embeding \
views into the mainwindow. It now does it similar to konqy, it embeds views into a \
                mainview.
- The mainview now is a full featured part, using the mainwindows menubar and toolbar \
                managers. It can be embeded in any OP app, for example KWord.
- Views can now add view-specific menu entries and toolbar buttons.
- It compiles and starts but because of the total rewrite has many bugs and issues. \
So don't try it until I commit a bugfixed version later tonight. ;-)
