HTML filters

- The export filter (written by Lezlie Fort <lzf@pearl.lucent.com>) makes a
really great output, but it's written in plain (ugly) C and _very_ unstable.
In the next days I'll make a C++ class out of it and use Qt for strings and
containes. This will make it more stable and it will be easier to find
the bugs :-)

- I just started with the import filter => doesn't do anything useful yet
