- removed koScanTools()/koScanPlugins() calls
- make tools, plugins and filters work again
  (including small patches for KSpread)
- use KOMShutdownManager in
   * KOffice Document Factory
   * Plugins
   * Filters
  to enable automatic shutdown of servers
- enable KoFilterManager in KWord again
  (btw, Reggie, why not use KoFilterManager in the templatechoosedia?
   (in "open an existing document")
- converted tools/plugin/filter .kdelnk files to .desktop services
- small fixes in koQueryTrader
- added a komapp_orb->shutdown( true ) in the spell_tool to exit after usage
 (is that ok Torben? Or perhaps the DataTools should inherit KOM::Base, so that
  we can use the KOMShutdownManager?)
