Log Message:
* Fix for bug I just reported on koffice@ : if one selects "cancel" on the 
first dialog (the one to init the first doc), everything done after that 
leads to a crash  (=> fixed newDocument() and added checks for m_pView and m_pDoc
in some other places)
* Changed file/close behaviour : it closes the doc and kpresenter returns to
initial state, but does not quit. I guess this is what the user expects, no ?
