Well, the kdevelop author did not include a text so I decided to
write only one line :-)

Ok, you are right: There were real bugs in the tutorial and there
was wrong reference counting in the komComponents.

A cleanUp method was missing for komPlugin and komAggregation.

KFM was added.

OpenParts Application was introduced to serve as future base
class for all apps.

Removed the interface() method and friends from KOMApplication.
