I got the impression that cs profs always tell this, because the are sad
they did not write this book.

In fact, there is nothing in this book that is new or original, and
nothing you would not learn yourself with some years of experience. But it
_is_ a great ressource for people without these long year of experience,
so it is good from a pragmatical point of view, imho.
