MD: Added methods to apply defaults.

KFontChooser
- Documentation

KPixmap
- Documentation
- 32 color gradients for 16 bpp depths
- Fixed up so that you can use ordered and threshold dithers with web color.

Background
- Added a boolean config. variable UseWallpaper to tell if wallpaper whould be
used. This removes the need for the hardcoded string (none) and allows full
i18n.

Screensaver

KResourceMan
- Uses QFontInfo.
- Documentation updates.
