split the KDE paths check into three: kde headers, kde libraries, kde paths.
This takes a little longer, but all those "configure can't run a little KDE
program. Do I have to install kdelibs before kdeadmin?" mails go out of my
mailbox. Why to people think, the correct installation order is ABC? ;-)
