No no no, have you already asked Scarlett and mpyne to make sure their tools 
don't need this?

It is not just kparts that do not have a stable branch, it's all the 
frameworks so this commit doesn't make sense, we need to either remove them 
all if no tool needs this and if some tool needs this we need to evaluate if 
what we're writing makes sense and/or how to workaround this special 
frameworks case.

Please revert.
