Not really, distros package release versions by default and a user requests
additional debuginfo only when required. This helps keeping packages
smaller.

I'm okay with using 1.2.5 rather than patching 1.2.6 as we don't use
anything that is not there in the former. Hopefully the QxOrm folks will
solve this soon.

I'll update the README that 1.2.5 is an option as well.
