Is this something that solves an issue, or just a whim? :)

If we don't score the activities for the empty location, then the users 
that don't want to set the location will not have the activities scored at 
all while the feature is still useful.

For example, the system would be able to see that certain scores are used 
in the morning on Mon-Fri even if the user doesn't specify the location as 
'Work'.
