SVN commit 1267684 by shaheed:

1. Add some nice consistent debug/error reporting logic.

2. Update the calendar logic to use the new model. That basically
involves glomming together code from previously scattered places.

3. Do as comprehensive a job as I can on finding all the attendees
for a meeting. This fixes a whole bunch of corener cases. Also, make
sure they are usable (fixing up email addresses, removing dupe's).

Now onto the fun stuff...
