SVN commit 1216417 by conet:

Added packages for AqBanking and Gwenhywfar plus gnutls which is a Gwenhywfar \
dependency (see http://www.aquamaniac.de/sites/aqbanking/index.php). The packages are \
only buildable on mingw for now and are needed for HBCI (German online banking \
standard) support in KMyMoney (provided by a plugin). The packages still have the \
following issues so someone with more mingw knowledge could provide some \
                improvements:
- gnutls will not compile because the existing gpg-error-src package (used via \
                libgcrypt) does not install the gpg-error-config script
- libgcrypt will also need some love
- I had to make a nasty hack in gwenhywfar's configure to find qt4libs which will \
only work in debug ("d4" suffix - need some help here)
