yep, netbook activities are not real actvities :(

weren't we supposed to get some new windowtypes for plasma already, so that 
they behave better?
and it wouldn't be hardcoding plasma in if it was named someting like 
"desktop-shell" :) any desktop shell can (and should) use them.

that and taskbar activity-setting.
we really ought to get all those little details covered for 4.7 ...and chances 
are I'll have time to ensure they get done :)
