SVN commit 1158288 by trueg:

Backport: never read more than 64k when analysing a file in KFileMetaInfo.
The only reason this patch looks so big is that I fixed some style issues
and non-KDEish coding so maintaining gets a lot easier. I felt it to be
much simpler and less error-prone to backport the whole patch instead of extracting the important
bit.
