SVN commit 1136851 by adasilva:

Applying patch by Holber Kral (holger.kral@gmx.net).

It depends on libgcal from git repository or upcoming libgcal 0.9.4 to compile.

This will enable the following features:
- structured name (Google Contact API 3.0)
- nickname, blog, etc.

IIRC, only IM is missing now. :-)
