Remove deprecated syntax guessing

i rewrote this stuff so many times and it never really worked. thankfully
cc-mode 5.32 handles stuff like Q_OBJECT, Q_PROPERTY or Q_ENUMS properly so
we can finally remove this hack. just update to cc-mode 5.32 if you want 
proper indention in Emacs with Qt/KDE code.
