Use this revision with caution, because it makes major changes to the build system

- integrated twice compiling for target building so that it would be also compiled \
                for the host(is done for code generators)
- changed a few packages due to the change
- if package is build for target it will be placed in an subdir auf %KDEROOT% called \
after the platform
