Again, I strongly object. 

Reasons:
 - we have at least 2 more ways to notify saved state
 - having one kate part action on the toolbar is backwards
 - having one action on the toolbar that disappears when closing editor is 
backwards (my version of the toolbar was persistant)
 - people who click on save should be able to add it to the toolbar
