SVN commit 1097294 by jowenn:

make it possible to add add snippets to an existing repository file via tool view or rmb menu.

On X11 the editor window is now tagged as being transient to the invoking kate app,
this has the advantage that it really appears in front, the drawback is that the kate window
is darkened by kwin

Non existend on-the-go repositories are created
