Cleanup and Fix the Bouncing Ball applet.

A comprehensive patch for the Bouncing Ball applet that does:
 * framerate independent animation
 * better coloriziation
 * fix horizontal momentum loss
 * audio-player on demand (off by default)
 * scale invariant rotation
 * optimized performance
 * using less pointers
 * comments and maintainability
 * fix rotation display (new bug in 4.4RC)
 * cleanup crazy indentation
