While I don't object in principle, is it really needed to have e.g. "no 
inactive color effect" and "no disabled contrast effect"? It seems these 
six could share a single comment (and translation), rather than asking 
translators to translate this six separate times. Would "color scheme 
inactive/disabled effects: no effect" be sufficient?
