SVN commit 1046151 by mwolff:

rewrite Kate's implementation of the TemplateInterface:
- much cleaner code
- more documentation
- all old features
- additional feature to jump to next range when moving the cursor out of a range

TODO: find a way to merge more edits during mirroring, right now undo would only undo a single char.
TODO: make it more obvious when multiple template handlers are running, looks like alpha transparency
      is not working for the bg color of an attribute.
