SVN commit 1019010 by weilbach:

Cleanup and implement the category updating for modifyPost and fetchPost as well. \
Should close #194357 btw. The official docs for metaweblog.createPost etc. don't \
define inline category definition, so we call mt.setPostCategories now in everything \
up from MovableType.
