SVN commit 1005380 by adawit:

- Show the security pad lock in the browser's address bar for SSL websites.
- Show the SSL information dialog when the user clicks on the security pad lock.**
- Reparse configuration settings as soon as notified by the hosting application.

** Current this feature will only be activated if the HAS_SSL_INFO_DIALOG flag 
   is defined because ksslinfodialog.h is currently not installed by default.
