Things are still a mess here but we started to break the backend stuff up so I could add properties to config 
attributes.  One big thing I added was a raw config file reader.  Its got plenty of holes and is quite slow.  What it 
does provide though is a way to change properties of groups and entries via a public interface.  

One problem with my changes is that I broke remote upload support.  I need to fix this so we can manage remote 
machines.

Next step after that is going to be to revamp the UI.
