SVN commit 952875 by ahartmetz:

- Add a static function to handle the SSL error dialog details so applications
  don't have to.
- Add the SslErrorUiData value class to transport the necessary information
  across thread boundaries where needed (cf. KIMAP)
- Rename SSLInfoDialog to SslInfoDialog (it's not public!)
- I don't think that the URL is of interest in the SsslInfoDialog; among other
  things it's relatively easy to obfuscate the real host using optional URL
  parts. Rename the url parameter of SslInfoDialog::setSslInfo() to host for
  that reason, and use it accordingly. Certificates are also for hosts, not
  URLs.
- Some rearrangements and shortened comments for a slight improvement in
  readability in KIO::TCPSlaveBase::verifyServerCertificate()
